Movement has always been at the center of my life. Growing up as a dancer, I discovered both the freedom of expression and the weight of performance. When I found yoga it changed everything—the practice, philosophy, and community opened doors to a new life with more calm, self-compassion, and connection.
Over the past decade, I have studied across multiple yoga traditions—certified at the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2013, with additional advanced trainings at Pure Yoga in New York City and other schools, I now have over 1,000 hours of training. My specializations include yoga therapy, meditation, Ayurveda, breathwork, restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and sound.
Pursuing an M.A. in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University, with research experience in India, I explore ways to make the full breadth of yoga accessible and relevant in today’s technology-driven world. I am especially interested in designing practices that help people reconnect with their bodies, the natural rhythms of the earth, and the deeper aspects of self that are often overlooked in our busy, consumer-driven lives.
As Teaching Director at Humming Puppy, I design and lead immersive yoga and meditation programs, guiding at retreats, workshops, and festivals. I teach regularly at Equinox, where I mentor other teachers to share their creative gifts. Most recently, I was signed by Nike as a Holistic Athlete.
My mission is to help you connect deeply to yourself and the world around you
Holistic Nike Athlete
I love creating wellness experiences that bring communities together, making holistic heath more inclusive and accessible.
my speciality is sound yoga
Offering immersive sound experiences, I help people reduce stress, enhance focus, and connect with their true-self.
My singing bowls have found their way into spaces with brands like CBS, Spotify, TikTok, and Reddit. I’ve shared sound with inspiring women like artist Addison Rae and wellness leader Gabby Bernstein. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to share my perspective in People Magazine, Glamour, and other amazing platforms and venues.
Honoring My Teachers
Throughout my journey in yoga, meditation, and sound, I have been deeply inspired and guided by an extraordinary lineage of teachers.
My studies at the Kripalu School of Yoga (ERYT-500) with Jurian Hughes, Devarshi Steven Hartman, Larissa Hall Carlson, Coby Kozlowski, Yoganand Michael Carroll, Jonathan Foust, Michelle Dalbec, Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, Brahmani Liebman, Jashoda Edmunds, Todd Norian, Erin Casperson, Katie Hagel, and Micah Mortali shaped the foundation of my practice and teaching in yoga, Ayurveda, and outdoor leadership.
Privileged to learn from masters in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, including Manju Pattabhi Jois and Shiva Rea.
At Pure Yoga (ERYT 300-hour) I trained under the mentorship of Andrea Borrero, studied therapeutics with Dana Slamp and Jon Witt and advanced asana, meditation and philosophy with Sonja Rzepski and Jimmy Burgio.
iRest Yoga Nidra study with Richard Miller, and sound training with Jessica Caplan, Katie Down, Franck Raharinosy, and Brooke Karunanande of Rainbow Sounds.
At Loyola Marymount University, where I am pursuing a graduate degree in Yoga Studies with a focus on yoga therapy, I am grateful to mentors Christopher Chapple, Zoe Slatoff, Lori Fazzio, Nirinjan Khalsa-Baker, Dermott Walsh, and Judith Carlisle, for shaping my service-oriented approach to teaching and practice.
