I’m teaching at the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival!

The Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival is an annual family-friendly event held in Delhi, New York, on the fourth Saturday in July.

Every year, the schedule is packed with diverse classes, workshops, and wellness experiences to help you reconnect and recharge.

The Vendor Village features a variety of creators, makers, practitioners and artists and is free and open to the public to shop, experience massage, tarot readings, energy healing sessions and more.
